We upgraded the s#!^ versions of this you might find elsewhere to bring you the ultimate everyday cast iron [reversible!] griddle. Thoughtfully designed by Sam the Cooking Guy.

A NOTE FROM SAID COOKING GUY

This pre-seasoned 17" x 10" cast iron reversible grill pan will quickly become your new best friend. Use it on a gas stovetop, BBQ, individual propane burner (perfect for camping) and even on an open fire. The cast iron gives you excellent heat performance, which means perfectly even cooking across griddle.
