Please be advised that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
While we hope that you love your new purchase and take pride in the quality of our products - nobody’s perfect. So in the (unlikely) event that you receive a less than amazing product from us, please reach out to us at info@shopstcg.com within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to make the situation right.
I received an item I did not intend to order:
We are sorry to hear you made a mistake when ordering. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges/returns for mis-ordered items.
I received the wrong item - help:
We can help you! We apologize for the inconvenience. Our fulfillment team works diligently to get orders out promptly and mistakes can happen. Please reach out to us at info@shopstcg.com with your order number, item ordered, item received and we will send you a return label for the incorrect item.
My order arrived and it's damaged:
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products - that being said, a few can slip through the inspection process that are less than perfect. Not to worry, just reach out to us within 30 days of purchase at info@shopstcg.com with your order number and a photo of the defective product and we will be more than happy to replace it.
